Returns conditions

Because we work with a variety of trusted brands, return policies and time frames may vary by brand and product.

We have a 15 to 30 days return policy. Each manufacturer sets its own return guidelines, including eligibility, restocking fees, and return windows. To make things easy, you’ll find the specific return policy for each product listed directly on its product page.

If you’re unsure about a product’s return eligibility before placing your order, we’re always happy to help, just reach out to our customer support team.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns process

Return windows vary depending on the brand. Most manufacturers require return requests to be submitted within a specific number of days from delivery. Please refer to the individual product page for exact timelines.

To start a return, contact us at support@lifeinspiringsolutions.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you are returning because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost but if the item is incorrect or damaged we will cover the return shipping cost. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Restocking fee?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Do I have to pay for returns?

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.

How can I return products?

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

• The product must be in resalable condition

Due to health and safety regulations, certain products may be non-returnable once opened or used.

We only accept products to be returned by mail.

Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may be refused by the manufacturer.

How will I get the return label?

Some brands may charge restocking fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and rectify this for you.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lifeinspiringsolutions.com.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address.
