for the products that we distribute. Below is an overview of the policies.Returns: You may return a product within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original condition
with all parts including instructions and packaging. If the item you are returning was received damaged
or was shipped in error by Proactive Medical Supply, we will reimburse you the delivery costs and return all
shipping costs. For all other returns, the delivery cost and return shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

• Returns accepted on UNUSED products only.
• Returns must be received within 30 days from the invoice date.
• There will be no credit or refund for the shipping charges on the order.
• No returns accepted on special orders.
• No returns accepted on items that have exceeded the expiration date.We strive for 100% satisfaction and will work toward that whenever possible. If the product arrives
damaged or incomplete, the customer must notify Proactive Medical Supply. within 48 hours of delivery.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call Customer Service to obtain a Return
Authorization number. When returning a product for credit or replacement you must provide both the original
invoice number and the reason for return.Credit or replacement of goods is subject to inspection and evaluation. Platinum Health Medical will not issue
a credit or replace any products returned that are not in new or saleable condition. The determination about
whether returned products are new or saleable will be made by the manufacture at the manufacture's sole discretion.
Altered, discontinued, or custom-made items are not returnable.
For most Orthopedics products, they must be returned in their original, unused condition within 90 days.

All Silipos products will incur a 15% restocking charge.
Please note that all sales related to health and personal care products are final due to the risks associated with infection control and cross contamination. Items may not be returned so that we can protect the health and safety of our employees and our valued customers. This applies to both opened and unopened shipments. Returns, refunds, and replacements for damaged or defective products require proof, receipt and are managed by incident to qualify and ensure customer satisfaction.
With regard to the Envyy and Wallhugger Beds - items refused will be assessed up to a 50% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
