By using your PaiseecΒ product, you agree to be bound by this PaiseecΒ Limited Warranty Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Warranty"). Do not use your PaiseecΒ product until you have read the terms of this Warranty.

ThisΒ WarrantyΒ exclusively appliesΒ toΒ PaiseecΒ productsΒ youΒ purchased directly fromΒ PaiseecΒ or its authorized dealers for personal use,Β includingΒ new products and certified refurbished/renewed products. By utilizing yourΒ PaiseecΒ product, you acknowledge and agree to be bound byΒ this Warranty.Β Under this Warranty,Β PaiseecΒ warrants that eachΒ PaiseecΒ product purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as perΒ Paiseec's published product materials, during the specified warranty period. The warranty period varies by product and part. Please refer to the table below for specific details.

Warranty Period Commencement

The warranty period commences on the original date of purchase as indicated on your sales receipt or invoice. For pre-ordered products, the warranty starts from the shipping date from the local warehouse.

TransportationΒ Liability

When receiving services, ifΒ PaiseecΒ is responsible for transportation,Β Paiseec's liability is limited to any loss or damage incurred to yourΒ PaiseecΒ product duringΒ Paiseec's possession or transportation.

What WillΒ PaiseecΒ Do

PaiseecΒ will endeavor to diagnose and resolve your issue via telephone or email. If the issue persists despite these efforts, you may be required to ship the product toΒ PaiseecΒ or a service center for further examination.

What ThisΒ WarrantyΒ Does NOT Cover

This Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused byΒ improper installation, misuseΒ orΒ operationΒ not followingΒ Paiseec’s official instructions orΒ user manuals;
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair, alter, modification or disassembly;
  • Damage caused by compatibility or reliability issues due to unauthorized third-party parts;
  • Failures or damages caused by third-party products;
  • Damage caused by externalΒ sources orΒ factors, such as extreme temperatures;
  • Products or parts with altered identification labels or from which the identification label has been removed;
  • Non-quality-related issues;
  • Products without valid proof of purchase;
  • Lost or stolen products;
  • Items beyond their warranty period;
  • Items that have been refunded;
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
  • ItemsΒ repaired, altered, modified or disassembledΒ by unauthorized third parties.
  • Free products.

Besides, PaiseecΒ is not liable for the return of your personal items sent to Paiseec, any damage or loss incurred during transit of your personal items or any non-quality related warranty claims of Products.

Product and Part Replacement

Upon replacement, the exchanged product or part becomes the property ofΒ Paiseec, and the replacement becomes yours. Replacement products or parts may not be new but will be in good working condition and at least functionally equivalent to the original, with the remainder of the original warranty period applying.

Shipping Arrangements

Customers are responsible for arranging shipment toΒ Paiseec’sΒ service center for diagnosis. If the issue is covered under this Warranty,Β PaiseecΒ will repairΒ orΒ replaceΒ the product, andΒ thenΒ return the product at no cost to the customer. Otherwise,Β PaiseecΒ may chargeΒ a shippingΒ fee.

DOA Policy

For products received defective, damaged, or non-functionalΒ (β€œDOA”),Β please contactΒ PaiseecΒ within 30 calendar daysΒ of delivery toΒ initiate a replacement/refund assessment.Β All DOA claims must be filed within this period.Β EligibleΒ replacementΒ will beΒ processedΒ within 14 calendar daysΒ of PaiseecΒ receivingΒ the returned productΒ in its original condition, including all accessories, attachments, andΒ undamagedΒ packagingΒ materials.

For warranty issues, pleaseΒ contactΒ PaiseecΒ for obtaining warranty service. You need to provide valid proof of purchase, receipt or order number (for direct sales), and the product's serial number. Services not covered by thisΒ Warranty may incur charges.

Your Other Rights

This Warranty provides you with extra and specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction, orΒ under a written agreement withΒ Paiseec. Nothing in this Warranty affects your statutory rights, including the rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer products that can not be waived or limited by agreement.Β Β

Limitation of Warranty

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express or implied.Β PaiseecΒ disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects, to the extent permitted by law. In so far as such warranties cannot be disclaimed,Β PaiseecΒ limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, atΒ Paiseec's option, the repair or replacement services described below. Some states (countries and provinces) do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty (or condition) may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you.

Return & Refund Policy

Paiseec currently advertises a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on many mobility products sold through its website.

Standard Return Eligibility

According to the official return policy:

  • Undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Returns must include:
    • Original packaging
    • Accessories

Refund Processing

Return Shipping Fees

Non-Returnable Items
