Warranty

OxyRevo Hyperbaric Chambers have a 2-Year Warranty for home use and a 1-Year Warranty for commercial use, directly from the manufacturer.

If you experience issues with your chamber during the warranty period, the team will assist you in diagnosing the issue and sending the appropriate replacement parts free of charge. The manufacturer may also send you instructions over email, phone, or video on how to fix the issues.

If you purchased White Glove Service with your OxyRevo chamber, the US-based service team that installed your chamber can help diagnose any issues over the phone, rather than directing you to the manufacturer for assistance.

If you require further assistance with servicing your chamber, a technician can visit your location and perform the job for an additional fee (US orders only). Job costs may vary depending on the job's complexity and the technician's travel logistics. You may pay the service fee directly to the service technician, or Life Inspiring Solutions can send you an invoice.

Remote phone/FaceTime assistance with service is also available for an additional fee with our US-based service team. You may either use your own handyman or technician to work with our service team remotely, or you can work directly with our service team on-site.

Life Inspiring Solutions will make all reasonable efforts to assist with any issues that arise within the Warranty period. When purchasing an OxyRevo chamber, the customer assumes that the chamber may require some occasional maintenance and/or repairs. Chambers used in a high-volume commercial setting will likely need more service than chambers used in a home setting for an hour or less per day.

Per our return policy, all OxyRevo orders are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns.

 

Force Majeure

When you purchase a hyperbaric chamber from Life Inspiring Solutions, we shall not be liable for any delay, failure to perform, cost increase, or inability to fulfill any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, embargoes, pandemics, public health emergencies, power or internet outages, supply chain disruptions, cross-border shipping delays, customs clearance issues, changes in tariffs or import/export restrictions, or governmental actions. 

In the event of such circumstances, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel delivery timelines, modify performance obligations, or terminate this agreement in whole or in part without liability. If any such event continues for a period exceeding 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, and any prepayments for undelivered products or services will be refunded, where applicable and commercially reasonable.

 

Shipping and Delivery Information

We offer two convenient delivery methods for your order:

1. Standard Delivery: Your order will be shipped to your doorstep.
2. White Glove Delivery: This premium service includes setup and education to ensure you get the most out of your product.

Production & Shipping Timeline Orders typically take around 3 weeks to arrive.

Here’s what to expect:

• Production Time: Approximately 1 week.
• Shipping Time: 7-10 days via FedEx Air.

We will provide you with tracking numbers as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.

Assembly Information

Assembly is designed to be simple and straightforward. Most customers complete the process in 30-40 minutes using no special tools. Other products — including certain soft hyperbaric chambers and wellness technologies — may be FDA-registered but not FDA-approved. Registration with the FDA indicates that the manufacturer has notified the FDA of the product’s existence; it does not imply approval or endorsement for medical use. In contrast, FDA approval means the product has undergone rigorous testing and evaluation by the FDA and is deemed safe and effective for its intended use.

2. Hyperbaric Chambers & Off-Label Use

The FDA has approved soft hyperbaric chambers operating at 1.3 ATA for treating altitude sickness.

Any use beyond this — including general wellness, recovery, performance enhancement, or treatment of chronic conditions — is considered off-label, even if the chamber is FDA-registered. Off-label use refers to using a product in a way that is not approved by the FDA. While it is not illegal, it is important to understand that the safety and effectiveness of the product for such uses have not been evaluated by the FDA.

3. No Medical Claims

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific FDA-approved products:

• The FDA has not evaluated the products and statements on recoveryforathletes.com.
• Our equipment is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Content on this website is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice.
