Warranty claim process
- To claim the warranty, provide visual evidence (photos and videos) of the defect, sent to our email or WhatsApp along with the related details.
- If our customer service team confirms a genuine manufacturing defect, we will send you new replacement parts.
- During the original warranty period, if we determine that a technical issue requires professional repair, you can send the scooter to our repair shops for free service. We provide the shipping label.
*Replacement parts are provided only once during the warranty period.

Extended warranty
Once the normal warranty period ends, free after-sales service terminates and the extended warranty period begins. A 1-year extended warranty provides identical coverage for an additional period equal to the normal warranty.

What this warranty does not cover
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage, poor maintenance or adjustment beyond what the user manual advises.
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused while the user is under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other mind-altering substances.
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by acts of nature.
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by self-modifying, disassembling or destroying parts without prior authorization from the manufacturer.
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by the use of non-original parts or unauthorized circuit and configuration changes.
- Fractures, breakage or loss of plastic parts, including the choke, charging port, handlebar switches and plastic flaps.

Product Return
We have aΒ 15-day return policy. Once you receive your item, you can request to return it within 15 days of delivery.
You must inform us first and receive authorization before shipping the product back. We do not accept items sent to us without a prior return request.
For products purchased through authorized retailers, please contact the retail store and return them in accordance with that store's return policy.
If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee β the exact amount depends on the courier you choose. If the goods arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error, you are not required to cover the shipping fee.
Damaged Products & Wrong Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it.
Applicable Policies
Cancelling an order β before and after shipment
We usually hand ordered products to the logistics company within 24 hours. If you want to cancel after the order has reached the logistics company, a 10% handling fee applies. We will then contact the courier as quickly as possible to cancel the shipment.
If the courier cannot cancel because the items have already shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.
Criteria all returns must meet
- The product must be unused β never ridden or used in any way.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all necessary components in the original box.
- All accessories must be intact and included, including the manual, charger, and any other item that originally came in the box.
Once these criteria are met, we will send you the shipping address and instructions for where and how to send the package.
Please note:Β a 10% handling fee applies, and you are responsible for shipping and return costs.Refund Approval
Once we receive the returned package, we inspect it and confirm whether the product and everything else arrived intact. If so, we approve your refund and notify you. You will then automatically receive a refund to your original payment method withinΒ 3 business daysΒ of approval.
- If accessories are missing from the package we receive, the corresponding value will be deducted. Please make sure to include theΒ charger, user manual, tool kit, remote control and steering damper (N6 and LS7+)Β when returning.
- If you return an item without the original packaging and it is damaged in transit, you are responsible for repair costs β these cover our technicians' work to fix the scooter.
- Without original packaging, we deductΒ $100Β to cover the cost of purchasing new shipping boxes from our courier.
