NAIPO Guarantee – Service Promise

  • Repair service in Hamburg: typically 10–15 working days
  • Simple cases: Spare parts & instructions without a visit to the workshop
  • Complex cases: Collection & return via logistics partner
  • Replacement provision from 30 days total processing

Procedure in case of warranty claim

  1. Enquiry

    mail to Support@lifeinspringsolutions.comΒ with error description, photos/video, SKU & order number.

  2. Analysis

    Technicians evaluate the information and select the fastest, safest solution.

  3. solution

    Minor defect: Spare part & instructions. Complex defect: Pick up & repair in Hamburg.

  4. Completion

    Return after repair – or replacement if processing takes longer than 30 days.

Note:Β Special parts may take longer in individual cases. We will keep you informed proactively about the status and schedule.

Shipping & Packing

  • If possible, use original packaging/padding, secure moving parts, protect edges.
  • We will coordinate pickup; we will communicate the time slot in advance.
  • Please enclose inside: contact, error description, SKU.

Refund

- If you receive a damaged, defective product, or a wrong product is shipped, please contact NAIPO Customer Support at support@lifeinspiringsolutions.comΒ prior to returning issues.

- All products to be returned must be in its original packaging and in salable condition with complete accessories and manuals, otherwise additional fees will be required.

- Return service is available within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- Reverse shipping fee is required.

- All returns are subject to validation and approval at NAIPO’s discretion.

- If you have purchased a NAIPO product from other channels instead of NAIPO official website, please apply for returns on the channel on which the purchase has been made.
