This is the same 24V 8.76Ah lithium-ion battery included with every Zoomer Chair. Built with high-quality Samsung cells, the battery is housed in a sleek black anodized aluminum casing with plastic end closures. The terminals are carefully hidden behind slots in the end closure to minimize the risk of a short circuit. The same key that came with your Zoomer is compatible with this battery. Offering a range of up to 8 miles, this standard battery delivers impressive performance.
Ideal for air travel! Simply remove the Zoomer battery when you reach the end of the jetway, fold your Zoomer, and hand it to a flight attendant to stow under the plane. Take the battery with you onboard and inform the flight attendants of its location. Be sure to check with your airline for specific guidelines on transporting battery-powered vehicles and their batteries.
If you need the longest range on a single charge, this 24V 10.5Ah battery offers up to 9.3 miles of travel. While our standard battery provides a solid 8-mile range, this long-range option lets you go even further. Weighing only 4 lbs, 14 oz — just half a pound more than the standard battery — it offers significantly more distance. We're impressed by its performance!
Please Note: This long-range battery is not permitted on airlines. With 10.5 amp hours at 36 volts, it exceeds the airline limit.
