Superhandy One-Year Limited Warranty
1. Eligibility:
This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from SuperHandy or from one of our authorized distributors/resellers. SuperHandy is a registered brand under the ownership of Great Circle Machinery Corp. Products purchased from unauthorized third-party dealers are not covered by this warranty. In such cases, any replacement parts or units will need to be purchased.
2. Warranty Coverage:
SuperHandy ("Brand"), under the ownership of Great Circle Machinery Corp., warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that the product ("Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). Should the Product fail to conform to this warranty, the Brand will, at its discretion, either provide replacement parts or, in cases where the entire product is shown to be irreparable, replace the product, provided the Purchaser follows the procedures outlined below.
3. Limitations:
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by:
Normal wear and tear. b) Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents. c) Unauthorized repairs or modifications. d) Natural disasters or other external causes.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure:
To make a warranty claim:
Contact SuperHandy’s customer service within the Warranty Period, providing a description of the issue and proof of purchase. b) Upon validation of the claim, the Manufacturer may, at its discretion, send out replacement parts that address the problem. c) If the Purchaser provides conclusive evidence that the entire item is not repairable or usable, the Manufacturer may, at its discretion, issue a replacement product. d) If a Purchaser is unable to perform necessary repairs, and a local power equipment shop is engaged for repairs, the Manufacturer may consider reimbursement or other accommodations on a case-by-case basis, but such accommodations are not guaranteed under this warranty.
5. Limitation of Liability:
The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the provision of replacement parts or the replacement of the Product. Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
6. No Other Warranties:
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the Manufacturer for the Product and is in lieu of all other warranties, representations, guarantees, and conditions, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Refund policy
Return/Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee for Buyer's Remorse
If you're returning the item for reasons of buyer's remorse, please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item is shown to be used and not within its original packaging the refund will be denied.
Gas-Powered Products
Due to hazmat concerns, gas-powered products (including those that use gas or oil) cannot be returned once operated (i.e., filled with gas or oil). These items must be in unused condition to be eligible for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
